Tom B. Jones, President
Tom joined Triad Builders in February, 1987. After working three years with Pickens-Bond Construction Company in Little Rock, Arkansas, Tom decided to move home and join his father in the construction business. His construction experience includes estimating and managing office buildings, parking structures, hotels, shopping centers, medical facilities, churches, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, custom homes, and industrial facilities. Tom received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University Of Arkansas in 1983. He and his wife Dell have four children.

William A. Jones, Vice-President
W.A. or "Dub" is the co-founder of Triad Builders, Inc. which he started with his brother Richard Jones and Bill Waldron in the late 1950's. After the retirement of his partners in 1986, he continued the business under the name of Triad Builders Of Ruston, Inc. W.A. enjoyed a successful career as a professional football player from 1946 to 1955, mostly with the Cleveland Browns. He owned and managed a retail lumber yard for over twenty years and was the offensive coach for the Cleveland Browns football team from 1960 to 1964. W.A. has a wide range of experience in the construction industry, as he has been involved with most all the projects that Triad has completed for the last five decades. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Louisiana Tech University in 1950. W.A. and his wife Schumpert have seven children, twenty-two grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

Elliott Atkins, General Superintendent
Elliott is a long time employee, beginning his relationship with the company in 1976 and beginning full time work in 1978. He serves as General Superintendent for Triad Builders, overseeing Triad's superintendent work, managing job schedules, assisting in job cost estimation, and advising on construction techniques and procedures. He has extensive practical experience in all areas of construction including carpentry, welding and equipment operation. He has been a part of the First National Bank, Hale Hall, Federal Home Products, Iberia Bank, and many other projects. His fairness, attention to detail, and desire to produce a quality product for the client set the tone for Triad's field personnel. Elliott and his wife Quintana have been married since 1983 and have two children.

Bill Bayne, Job Manager
Bill Bayne serves as Superintendent for many of Triad's construction projects. Bill has worked with Triad since the spring of 1987 but has over 35 total years of construction experience. He has extensive experience in various areas of construction such as carpentry, framing, metal building fabrication, welding, and machinery operation. During his time at Triad, Bill Bayne has supervised some notable projects like Wheatley and Pinchback Hall at Grambling State University.

Keith Collinsworth, Job Manager
Keith Collinsworth serves as Superintendent for Triad Builders, and has been with the company since May of 2006. Keith's experience spans 35 years working with various construction firms. In addition to his work experience, Keith has completed seven National Guard MOS schools. He is proficient in machinery operation, carpentry, painting, iron working, plumbing, electrical wiring, and many other skills. In his time at Triad, he has worked on noteworthy projects like the OWL center in Dubach, Louisiana. He and his wife Pam have six children and a total of four grandchildren. They have also fostered five children and adopted one.

Paul Martin, Job Manager
Paul Martin joined Triad Builders in 1983 and serves as Superintendent, supervising work on various jobsites throughout north Louisiana and the surrounding areas. Paul has over thirty years of construction experience beneath his belt, and during that time he has been an integral part of the operations at Triad Builders. He has either supervised or been a part of such projects as Louisiana Tech's Hale Hall, Ruston's First National Bank building, and the Claiborne, Caney, and Darbonne State Park projects. Paul and his wife Patti have been married since 1992 and have two sons.

Shannon Creech, Job Manager
Shannon Creech joined the team at Triad builders in July of 2007. He serves as one of Triad's project Superintendents. Shannon has worked in residential, commercial, and industrial construction for over 25 years, and in this time he has developed proficiency in framing, drywall, welding, concrete work, and equipment operation. In addition to this experience, Shannon was honorably discharged from the Army after 10 years of service. Shannon and his wife Pamela have three children.

Steve Shannon, Cabinet & Trim Superintendent
Steve Shannon has been with Triad Builders since April of 1992. He is Triad's Cabinet and Trim Superintendent and oversees Triad's millwork and specialized carpentry. Steve has over twenty five years of construction experience. While accumulating this experience, Steve has worked for several companies in addition to Triad and run his own cabinet shop. Steve has been superintendent for such projects as Christ Community Church and First National Bank, both in Ruston, as well as supervising the finish work for nearly all Triad's work. Steve has been married since 1983 and has one daughter and three grandchildren.

Renee Nelson, Office Manager and Payroll Clerk
Renee Nelson is Triad's Office Manager and Payroll Clerk and is in charge of all office duties and responsibilities. Renee joined Triad in 2001. She and her husband Lonnie have two daughters.

Nancy Knox, Bookeeper
Nancy Knox serves as Triad's bookkeeper, keeping records of all of Triads financial transactions and statements. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. She and her husband Jimmy's family includes six children and five grandchildren.
